Volunteer for Earth Day at Partridge Creek Farm!

Saturday, April 22nd
8am – 5pm
Meeting @ 100 E Euclid St. Ishpeming

As you all know, Earth Day is coming up quickly and here at Partridge Creek Farm we want to kick off the growing season with a bang! This April 22, 2017 we will work to beautify the wonderful city of Ishpeming by building 50 raised garden beds, sponsored by local businesses and philanthropists. These beds are to be filled with produce to serve as learning tools for local schools, PCF activities and community projects. We ask for your help during this all day event (8:00am – 5:00pm) as volunteers are needed to build and fill beds all over town. Full day volunteers are important to this event running smoothly but any time volunteers have to give is greatly appreciated. PCF will provide a potluck lunch as well as an end of day gathering to celebrate our accomplishments. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill, meet new people and celebrate our ability to improve our community.
