PCF Course – Introduction to Raw Vegetable Processing

Consuming raw locally grown produce must be done with care.  This course is aimed at giving a brief overview of handling farm fresh vegetables and turning them into delicious and simple meals. Featured recipes include: herb pesto’s, vegetable purées, and smoothies.
