Apple Crunch Day at Birchview Elementary

Birchview Elementary and Ishpeming Middle School Celebrate Apple Crunch Day

Every year MSU extension puts on an Apple Crunch Day where students all over MI crunch an Apple together to celebrate local produce! This year Ishpeming Middle School 5th Graders led Birchview Elementary students in Apple Crunch activities. At the end of the day the whole school crunched locally sourced apples together.
