Tour the Partridge Creek Community Farm

Visit the Community Farm during the peak growing season for an inside look at a working farm in your own community!

When: Farm Tours will take place once a month led by a PCF staff member, 5:30PM-7PM

2025 Tour Schedule:

  • July 3

  • August 7

  • Sept 11

Where: Partridge Creek Community Farm (550 Cleveland Ave Ishpeming, MI). Please park on Cleveland Avenue or on the gravel pad next to the farm stand. Do not park in the Jasperlite Apartments parking lot.

How it works? PCF is inviting our community to join us once a month at the farm to learn more about our organization and farm operations.

  • We will meet in the hoophouse where a PCF staff member will give a quick presentation about who we are and what we do!

  • Come with any questions you have about PCF, our farm, or our garden sites! This will be an open house style event.

Additional Information: Please wear closed toe shoes and dress appropriately for the summer weather. Keep in mind, this is a working farm so the site will be dirty!

We look forward to seeing you!

Additional information can be found below to help you prepare to tour our Community Farm this growing season!

  • No registration is required for farm tours. Please review the information above to ensure you’re best prepared to tour and enjoy the farm!

  • EVERYONE! All are welcome to attend a farm tour this summer.

  • Farm tours are FREE and open to the public!

Enjoy the farm this growing season with your family and friends.

We do ask though that you please leave your furry friends at home (i.e. pets). While we are animal lovers we have food safety standards on our farm and try to limit animal interactions with our site whenever possible.

  • The entirety of farm tours will take place outside. While our hoophouse will be used for a portion of the tour it tends to get hot and does have a dirt floor.

    • Wear closed toe shoes.

    • The growing season falls during peak summer. So, consider opting for clothing that is breathable and could protect you from the sun.

      • Wear sunscreen.

    • Hats and sunglasses are suggested.

  • PCF is committed to increasing accessibility at our sites and are working towards future projects that will enhance and support accessibility. As the farm currently stands the site might not be suitable for everyone.

We do still invite you to chat with a staff member in our hoophouse during the tour, if this is available to you.

    • Gravel, rock, uneven dirt paths.

    • Gravel parking lot with a walk to our hoophouse.

    • Walking in the sun around the site.
