Operations and Finance Executive Director

What We’re Looking For:
5-7 years non-profit leadership
Finance and operations expertise
Fundraising strategy + strong communicator and team builder
Bonus: Background in food access, education, or community development
Food Access Manager

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of all aspects of community garden operations, CSA program management, farmstand management, and food access initiatives. This includes managing day-to-day garden activities, supervising seasonal employees, and collaborating with the Farm Manager to support farm planning and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food production in northern climates.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a community garden or vegetable production farm setting.
Minimum of 2 years experience managing people.
Experience in growing and caring for perennial fruit.
