Farm to School Summer Camp Overview
The goal of this hands-on learning experience is to engage youth in a week of healthy learning that will inspire their food choices for the rest of summer. Students will participate in lessons on gardening, growing food, healthy cooking and nutrition. Students will also create food-based art projects and have lots of opportunity for movement and exercise. All sessions will take place at the Partridge Creek Farm Community Gardens and Community Farm. This program is in partnership with Marquette-Alger RESA.
