School Field Trips at the Community Farm

Bring your students to tour and learn more about a working farm during the growing season.

When: Field Trips take place on a request basis. Please follow instructions below to request a field trip.

Where: Partridge Creek Community Farm. Please park on Cleveland Avenue or on the gravel pad next to the farm stand. Do not park in the Jasperlite Apartments parking lot.

How it works? PCF’s Education team will lead students on a tour of the farm and will provide hands-on learning experiences during the tour.

• Request your tour using the button below.

• A PCF staff member will contact you regarding your tour request to schedule a date.

• On the day of the event a staff member will greet you at the farm and you will begin your tour.

Additional Information: Please wear closed toe shoes and dress appropriately for the summer weather. Keep in mind, this is a working farm so the site will be dirty!
