Have you ever wanted to try your hand at fermentation but didn’t know where to start? Curious about making wild ferments from your own backyard? Great news—it’s super easy to learn, and you probably already have most of the ingredients and equipment.

Join us for a fun, laid-back skill share where we'll dive into the basics of fermentation, cultivating wild yeasts, and using everyday items from your kitchen. I'll be providing sodas, cheeses, and other ferments for you to taste and experience. Plus, I'll be hosting an in-depth workshop at Niik Creative this August, so this is the perfect chance to see if it would be a fun workshop for you!

This event is FREE, all ages are welcome to join! This event will take place at the Partridge Creek Intergenerational Farm (550 Cleveland Ave., Ishpeming) in the Hoop House.
