The Farm-to-School Program
Partridge Creek Farm’s Farm-to-School program has been an Ishpeming Public School District program since 2018, engaging over 100 students each year in hands-on educational experiences that teach students about healthy eating and local food.
Ishpeming Middle School 5th and 6th graders participate in hands-on learning experiences during the fall and spring in the Ishpeming Middle School Garden, and in the cafeteria in the winter where they learn about healthy cooking!
