Participants Learned:

Participants learned about seasonal produce that is currently growing at the Farm and in the hoophouse while touring the site!

The Chefs also had the opportunity to learn about the Farm’s progress from it’s ground breaking, to it’s inaugural growing season in 2024, to what the Farm will entail this upcoming year.

Another important aspect of farming and cooking alike that was discussed during this tour was food safety on the Farm. Partridge Creek Farm staff follow food safety protocol when harvesting, washing, packing, and storing our produce to ensure it is fresh and ready for our community to enjoy!
