In late spring of 2025 PCF celebrated the addition of a permanent farm fence around the growing space at the Community Farm site! The addition of this permanent fence built by Marquette Fence Co. will allow PCF to grow food for the Ishpeming Community with less pests disrupting growing on the site.

Thank You For Your Support

This permanent and necessary fence was made possible through grants awarded by the USDA, Cleveland Cliffs Foundation, and the Marquette Breakfast Rotary Club. Their support is playing an essential part of growing even more food for the Ishpeming community in 2025 and for years to come, thank you!

More About the Community Farm’s Progress

In 2024 Partridge Creek Farm celebrated their inaugural growing season at the Community Farm! 2024 at the Farm also marked the first season of the West End Farm Stand where over 2,500 lbs of food was grown and distributed to the Ishpeming Community. 2024 also saw critical infrastructure established at the site.

Now in 2025, Partridge Creek Farm hopes to continue to grow 2,500 lbs or more food for the Ishpeming Community. PCF’s food is distributed through donations, the CSA Membership, the West End Farm Stand, Wholesale to local restaurants, and in Ishpeming and Negaunee School Cafeterias.
