Shop the Ishpeming Middle School 5th Grade Farm Stand

Join us on Wednesday October 7th, 11:15am-12:00PM, for the Ishpeming Middle School 5th Grade Farm Stand! Students will be selling fresh Partridge Creek Farm grown produce, seeds, tea, and compost extract. This event will take place in the Ishpeming Middle School Garden, located at 402 Cleveland Ave Ishpeming, MI. Students set their own prices and create their own posters for their stand. The Student Farm Stand will be cash only and proceeds will go towards a garden project of the students’ choosing.

Middle School Garden Grand Re-Opening
During the student Farm Stand, Ishpeming High School students in the Flipping the Food System applied Horticulture CTE (Career Technical Education) class will be giving tours of the updated Ishpeming Middle School Garden site. These tours will show improvements made to the site thanks to the 2025 Giving Tuesday Campaign.
In 2025, PCF called on their community for support in raising $5,000 to purchase new ADA accessible, USDA approved, Vego brand garden beds to replace the free Community Grazing Beds that line the perimeter of the site and offer free produce to everyone in the community. Thanks to the support of the community, the goal was exceeded and PCF raised a total of $8645.25. Funds raised helped PCF replace 8 of the Community Grazing Beds, replant them with fresh produce, and begin re-doing elements of the Middle School Garden site like replacing rotting and unsafe garden beds for our students!
